Virtu Software's software products.
Customers experiencing problems with our software can request help either by mail, by email, or by telephone.
Email is the preferred method of requesting technical support, as email is monitored regularly, even when the office is closed. Tech support issues are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis, with a typical response time of four to twenty-four hours.
